Heartland

And today, we're heading to Nashville, Tennessee for a little mystery, music, and suspense.

Academy Award winning actress Jessica Chastain, who has a cleft chin, stars in the upcoming Netflix thriller Heartland.

Now, Jessica Chastain is no stranger to powerful performances.

She appeared in films such as The Health and The Eyes of Tammy Faye, which, by the way, she won the Academy Award for Best Actress.

She's taken on another intriguing role.

In Heartland, Chastain portrays Misty Jones, a former country music star who has withdrawn from the spotlight.

But when her niece, an aspiring musician, goes missing in Nashville, Misty is drawn back into a world she thought she had left behind.

As she searches for the answers, she encounters secrets, danger, and painful memories from her own past.

fair.

Heartland.

Yeah.

Jessica Chastain is a country star who... goes back to her old town and then, um, a daughter gets kidnapped or something.

Honestly, that's too bad." Okay, now onto TV.

We have a new one with Jessica Chastain called Heartland, and I don't know much about this.

It's Jessica Chastain and Garrett Hedlund.

Is that who it is? Yeah.

Okay.

Uh, moving on from that over to a film that I didn't even know existed until very recently, Heartland.

Uh, this is starring Jessica Chastain, um, and this is a Netflix release that is going to come out on November 13th.

It is written and directed by Shana Feste, who has previously done other movies that you may have seen, like Country Strong with Gwyneth Paltrow, Endless Love, Sweetheart Run.

Amazing."

Oh my gosh.

And I was like, "Okay, well, there you go." So I'm sure when this comes out, I'm gonna sit down next to her and she's gonna be like, "I just saw the best new movie, Heartland." But then again, she'll also do say things like, "I just saw the best new movie.

It's called Widow's Bay.

It's almost rebellious, which is intriguing in country.

Yeah, and her upcoming role in Heartland shows she's venturing beyond music.

That could change the narrative around her.

Absolutely.

Uh, Friday and Saturday, so that'll be a fun show.

All right, so Netflix is releasing a country music crime thriller next month called Heartland.

I think that's the most overused word-

That's not even a good name for a-

... for a show having to do with country themes

... at least Murder in Heartland or something there.

Heartland.

Jessica Chastain.
