Heart in Motion

There's even things we haven't discussed publicly that were going on in our lives that just tore us apart.

And During that time, we were still in production filming at Universal Studios in LA, and we had Amy Grant on the show promoting her 25th anniversary of Heart in Motion, which, when Rhonda broke up with me, that was the only album I had.

Wow.

I was listening to, you know, I Will Remember You.

Oh, Unguarded

... um, and then like, um, you know, I know House of Love and, and Heart in Motion back to back as well, but my favorite is Behind the Eyes.

And honestly, that's the last one I, I really listened to that much because after that I think she went back to, she did hymns and some more churchy stuff, and I didn't-

Yeah

two weeks at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

It was actually the first single off of her ninth album, I believe it was, Heart in Motion.

And she got three Grammy nominations if the internets are to be believed.

Well, if we can only believe one thing, it's the internets.

Someone was so desperate to use the restroom by the time we got there that the return trip involved a bottle in the back, which I will leave to your imagination.

We drove back to San Diego with the CDs undelivered.

They told me to come back the next day.

They'd filmed the episode then.

I sat in a folding chair next to James Burroughs, the director.

The cast came over.

I got to hand off the CDs to an assistant after the show.

I met the cast.

And I know that Lead Me On was much more mature, had a darker theme, which I think is so beautiful.

And then, of course, you know, Heart in Motion was just...

Yeah, and then Heart in Motion.

It's just a whole other thing.

It's just a whole other thing.

And I have to put that there then to to take that into those early Imperials records with Russ with One More Song For You and Priority.

And then of course that would shift me over to him working with For Him.

And of course he worked on that Heart In Motion record with Amy and he just had so much success.

But I'm also seeing Shania Twain here as well.

Amy Grant's Heart in Motion, Rooks and Dunn.

Incredible, incredible.

As well as Picture Perfect from Michael W. Smith.
