Leadership buy-in and driving got a healthcare sector partnership off, up and off the ground.

It's called Health Force Partners.

It was Health Force Partners San Joaquin, or Health Force Partners Northern San Joaquin Valley.

Now it's Health Force Partners California, because the model is so successful.

So that's, like, an enduring structure with healthcare leaders from the community, and they're getting together to talk about all their issues, workforce being one of them.

But then the educational organizations can just tap into that workforce piece and aren't expected to stand up and maintain an ongoing organization.
