No duty to provide aid in dying.

A healthcare professional shall not, under any duty by law or con- on contract, to participate in the provision of aid in dying care to a patient as set forth in this act."

And, you know, you can't get accommodation because the Irish housing crisis doesn't just stop because of, you know, why a passport doesn't change it.

But I also want to be very clear that you're all medical professionals we're talking about here.

I also worry the signal we're sending to people who may be wouldn't show up on the higher, if I can be so crude, the higher income bracket, but who are still contributing to our society who we need to do the work that helps.

Dr. Wakasu-san, we spoke Oh, my God, I'm thinking three or four years ago, but we had these campaigns.

to remind listeners again, this was that we had the different types of stamp four and stamp three and all of these things.

That was another barrier that was put up by the system that invited these talented medical professionals here and still put more barriers to make it more difficult.

And Rachel was here working in our community six months later, moved here.

And so that became, we sort of turned that what was a tourism event into a web page and a chat room and largely handed it off to a bunch of local volunteers to answer questions for other healthcare workers.

I started making videos about how great BC is and Vancouver Island and honestly Canada.

And so that was working.

It was attracting healthcare workers.

We're running a action campaign in partnership with, um, with, uh, it's a Stolen Lands campaign that Health Workers for Free Palestine are running.

And, uh, within a few, uh, within a minute, you can send to the Foreign Secretary and to your local MP demands to ensure that there are no loopholes in these sanctions, because there are indeed.

So that is actually a good, a good point, I say through gritted teeth, that yes, there are loopholes here, and it should be enforced properly.

No, we're talking about the med tech client.

So device manufacturer wants to do one of a couple of things, wants to either attract and recruit HCPs.

Quite often for us, they want to attract and convert new customers, actual users.

Got it.

One, we're able to profile and target audiences in a bit more... with a little more latitude than you can on the patient side.

So we can be effective there.

We also, because we can integrate and commingle this data and understand the relationship between HCPs and the downstream impact on new customers, we can understand and justify and tune and rate limit investment based on what we can be confident of is the downstream implication for revenue in patients.

We can do that by geography.

But then her husband Dave was diagnosed with cancer.

Suddenly, Tiffany went down from being a healthcare professional who understood the system to being a caregiver, navigating the same system for someone she loved deeply.

That experience changed her perspective and ultimately inspired her book, The No BS Guide for Caregivers, How to Survive the Healthcare Mist.

You knew the healthcare system from the inside, but then your husband Dave was diagnosed with cancer.

What was it like emotionally to suddenly move from being a healthcare professional who understood the system to becoming a wife and caregiver sitting on the other side of the bed?

So that's something I struggled with.

Amandeep decided to set up a charity called Doctors in Distress in 2019.

The charity aims to reduce the stigma of mental ill health among healthcare workers, influence changes in culture and behaviour, and promote compassionate leadership.

They run support groups where people can talk in a confidential, safe space that's independent from their workplace.

For some reason, doctors particularly, and many others in the healthcare professions, are trained and ingrained within their cultures and behaviours not to speak about it as a sign of weakness.

There is a 10-year NHS Workforce Plan published in 2025, citing a focus on staff health, wellbeing and compassionate work cultures.

The intention is clear.

But when I spoke to Chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Group for Healthcare Workers, Kat Eccles, she wasn't impressed.

It's heartbreaking that we haven't got any further forward with this.

We have a question from Lauren Pena.

Lauren wants to know, since you both have Better For You brands, how are you working with health professionals like dietitians and other allied health leaders as influencers? first?

Sure.

We have a registered dietitian program as we call it, but really it's just a channel opened up to registered dietitians to request free product.

And so there's a lot of work you can plug into even with retail partners in their registered dietitian programs.

And they do a ton of work to market at the retail level for better for your products.

Tom, does CulturePop use any health professionals, any sort of collaborations with health professionals in that regard?

It's almost the exact same answer.

The child may still be afraid, but the environment is no longer communicating you are somewhere strange and threatening.

begins to communicate you are somewhere designed for you that distinction can be profound all right once again we cannot talk about healing environment without talking about healthcare workers staff also need belonging a nurse who spent 12 hours in a facility need to feel that environment support them a doctor needs pieces for reflection A therapist needs privacy.

Support staff needs dignity.

Teams need places to connect.
