So think about that eligibility line again, because it's a part that most coverage skips.

A 20-bed critical access hospital cannot apply for this money on its own.

As an aside, other states are moving on a similar track.

Colorado built a 255 million telehealth and technology integration initiative, equipping facilities with hardware for e-consults and remote patient monitoring.

Indiana, Missouri, New Mexico, and Oklahoma are all funding electronic health record mobilization and modernization, tied to their state health information exchanges.

The pattern nationally is the same as the pattern in Texas.

And that's how we work in many ways.

But there is, so I feel like the average American may not understand what health information exchange does.

But as Anne just described, the more sort of insight and information we have, At the right time providers can provide the right care and patients get the care that they need and then similarly to what Dan was saying and doing multi sector work.

there's also trust infrastructure that is required to make this all sing and to bring people together with diverse.

First and foremost, cuts are cuts.

There's going to be significant impact when less dollars are sort of flowing to support those who potentially need the care most and when we sort of impact the safety net.

At the same time, in all of this, and I don't say this lightly, but there is opportunities for health information exchanges, community information exchanges, and other community infrastructure right now to be supportive partners in assisting their state Medicaid and folks that are really having to sort of tackle what community engagement work requirements are going to look like and you know, as others are going to start to sort of see more auditing around fraud, waste and abuse and helping to sort of make sure those organizations are ready for that.

So I do think that's part of this infrastructure that I was talking about or what our members do in their communities is helping to support sustainable structures so that we can continue to take care of people, provide care and work on improving health.
