It's saying that they want to avoid duplication and that the HIQA report has covered that.

But my question is, HIQA had oversight of CHI.

They audited CHI, as did the National Treatment Purchase Fund.

None of these oversight bodies had any, uh, you know, uh, in my opinion, really blew the whistle to say, "There's something seriously wrong with the governance in this hospital," which we now know and has been widely reported on the management of, of children in their care.
