So they're very strong and yeah you know they are curious about the environment.

The zookeepers at Healesville blow bubbles for the animals in summer just to give them something to think about and a lot of the animals just ignore it but the echidnas will chase the bubbles and pop them.

So they find them quite interesting.

And in captivity, you do have to provide them with a lot of activities, particularly around food and feeding, puzzles and things to keep them amused because they're, you know, mental health is important for animals as well.

No, we moved to Healesville and I think Bessie either got chucked out by the new owners or she's keeping quiet because they haven't rang me and said there's a ghost in the house.

I did a big Father's Day special, really treated myself to a nice gravel sesh out to Healesville, met the family out there for lunch and winery and went for a nice walk.
