Which one is stronger? And my hunch is, although I haven't seen good data on this, my hunch is that in general the prevention avoidance messaging is more effective in the realm of cheating than the promotion approach, because you can still feel like a good person in other ways, whereas, like, if, like, if you do this and that makes you think you might have done something wrong, there's no way around that.
