it's a little later along the Lake Superior shore just because of the moderation of the climate.

It was my last day of my last year being a camper at summer camp, North Star Camp for Boys in Hayward, Wisconsin.

If you were one of those kids who went to summer camp for a while, you might relate to this.

North Star Camp had a farewell ceremony in the evening of that last day, and at the end of the ceremony, everyone walks outside onto the tennis courts at the top of a small ridge.

Her celebration of life for Jesus will be on Tuesday, September 8th at St. John's Lutheran Church in Sparta, Wisconsin, with visitation from 10 to 11 a.m., followed by a service and lunch.

Her burial will be Wednesday, September 9th at the Greenwood Cemetery in Hayward, Wisconsin.

Marvin Hunter, age 70, of Iowa City, passed away Monday, August 31st at the University of Iowa Hospital.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, September 10th at Gayankia Funeral and Cremation Service, where there will be a time of sharing at 6 p.m. Burial will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, September 11th at the Linwood Cemetery in Cedar Rapids.
