I, I'm really glad you did talk about the national emergency briefing, 'cause it was something I wanted to, to talk about with you anyway.

Um, so I saw you at, speaking at this 1976 event, which in some ways was kind of like a mini version of the national emergency briefing, in that it had lots of different people speaking from different sort of positions, whether that was you talking about food, or Hayley Fowler talking about water, um, the head of the National Fire Chiefs Council talking about the risk of wildfire in the UK, um, parents, uh, kids, all of these different people talking about different aspects of, um, the 1976 heatwave compared to today, compared to what it's likely to be like in the future.

And I guess it's the same with the national emergency briefing.

Like, especially as scientists, we get really stuck into our particular, uh, niche.
