You're not going to like everything that I'm doing, but it's important to have the dialogues and to sit and talk and together our industry, I believe can move and transform, but it is going to require looking in the mirror and making some uncomfortable change and have the courage to do it through the process as well.

We have to start with the foundation.

If you got injured in the field in the Korean or Vietnam War, you had a higher chance of survival than if you got injured outside of the hospital in the United States of America.

And we need to change that.

And it was a phenomenal movement by our federal government to say, yes, We are going to serve our citizens and bring them to the hospital.

And so that's why EMS is under the Department of Transportation.

And it is at that point that I believe we've defined and we've answered the question, healthcare equity and literacy and access to healthcare is a right.
