HAWA B

Uh, going on to play some more music.

I'm gonna play a song by Hawa B., who is also from Montreal.

You'll notice there's a theme of Montreal here initially just because, um, that's, I believe, where John is currently.

So if he's listening in, uh, John, I'm gonna play some Hawa B. Um, she, uh, it's called-- It, it's not her, her real name.

It's her artist name.

She, uh, her real name is Nadia Hawa Baldé.

Um, but she calls her, her musical project Hawa B., and, um, she kind of does this real neat mix of soul, rock and jazz and R&B.

Anyways, we're gonna, we're gonna play this first, uh, set, uh, starting with her, um, here at CJSW 90.9 FM.
