And for the lemonade challenge, you're supposed to choose the fanciest glass or cup.

And that just heightens every, every emotion, right, Hattie?

I have one on, I have one on my forehead, and one on my leg, and one on my armpit.

But the one on my armpit isn't as bad as the one on my l- as the ones on my legs and forehead.

I knew, um, Germany, Japan, Italy, America, England, Russia.

Oh, you drink lemonade together.

Yes, and you sit sipping lemonade, and it's much easier to start conversations, to make new friends, and then to introduce them to their friend Jesus.

I thought it was a brilliant idea.

Well, they didn't understand at all.

I wanted them to learn to serve others, to make people feel welcome and cared for, to learn how to use the lemonade challenge to get to know people better and introduce them to Jesus.

So I'm looking forward to it, and I can't wait to get to meet everybody out there and just get to challenge myself and see the beautiful Highlands of Scotland.

Hi, my name is Hattie, and I'm from Sheffield.

I've entered the Highland Trail this year after meeting Alan at a Project Fires meet in Wales, where we were workshopping a list of guidelines on how to make mountain biking and off-road riding events more inclusive to women plus.

I've had my eyes on the Highland Trail for a while now, and chatting with him hyped me up even more to join, and I've entered this year.

I'm most excited about sitting on my bike for hours and taking in the scenery.

I love Scotland, and I could spend days getting lost here.

And I think there will be plenty of challenges along the trail.
