Harvey Bernhard

So the first movie we have up is The Omen from 1976.

It was directed by Richard Donner, and it was written by David Seltzer and Harvey Bernhard.

And it stars people.

Oh, I like it when movies star people.

Yeah

... uh, Harvey Bernhard, who was the producer who also produced The Omen, um, had a home in Washington State.

And so he was, I think, familiar with Astoria and suggested they go and drive the Oregon coast up into Washington.

But when they stopped in Astoria, Dick took a look around and said, "This is it."

She is, has her hands in so much of our legendary, uh, entertainment.

Frank Marshall, the same with, with him.

Um, and then Harvey Bernhard, as you had mentioned, Mark.

And it's just this, like, incredible team put together that make, uh, just a, an, a absolute classic family entertainment adventure movie that, uh, ultimately, like, it, it stands the, the test of time.
