Yeah.

And one of my favorite shows years and years and years ago was called Hart to Hart, uh, with Robert Wagner and Stefanie Powers, and they had their loyal manservant, Max.

[laughs]

And he, he, you know, he was with them at all times.

Be so serious.

So, uh, obviously Robert was often cast as this attractive and confident leading man, appearing in films like Titanic, 1953; A Kiss Before Dying, 1956; and The Pink Panther in 1963, and later became especially known for television, including It Takes a Thief, Switch, and Hart to Hart.

Charlotte, did you know there was a 1953 Titanic?

I did not know.

That was very nice of you.

And Andy Hart obviously feels the same way because we have stumped him on the game Hart vs. Hart to Hart where I'm giving him a name and he has to tell me whether it is a former Patriots player or a bit player from the TV show Hart to Hart.

The name that has stumped him is Kerry Taylor.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure that's a player.

As, at that moment, I thought that'd be the only episode I ever did of NCIS.

And so I brought a copy, a DVD set of Hart to Hart.

Did you have the Hart to Hart DVD set at home, or did you go buy it?

No, I went out and bought it.

A week later, there was actually a couple of airings.

The Monday airing, out of 55 shows, three-way tie at 19 with Hart to Hart and Knots Landing.

But then there was a Saturday airing, it was 52nd.

Fourth worst show of the week.

Uh, so he started career writing for Broadway, then Hollywood, ultimately winning an award, Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay for the film The Bachelor and the Bobby Soxer.

As television grew in popularity, he seamlessly transitioned into that, moving, creating and producing massive hits like I Dream of Jeannie, The Patty Duke Show, and Hart to Hart.

During this era, he was known for his intense work ethic, writing nearly every single episode of his early shows himself.

Despite all of these, he achieved his greatest global fame in the 1950s, in his 50s, when he turned to writing suspense thrillers.

What was your first concert at Market Square?

It was Hart.

Lane is also being remembered for her work in the Italian film and TV industry, as well as for appearances in US movies and TV shows like O Capitan, The Brady Bunch, and Hart to Hart.
