So we are traveling straight from the open-air piazzas into Harry's Bar in Venice for this one.

Giuseppe Cipriani invented it there in 1948.

And the ratio here is vastly simpler, right? It's roughly one part peach puree to two parts Prosecco.

Nice.

Bellini's were invented in Italy, Venice, between 1934 and 1948 at Harry's Bar.

Wow.

But yeah, that's how old they are.
