Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets

There's rumors of one coming out in April next year for $180.

I'm not sure exactly what it is, but the leak is something around the Chamber of Secrets.

What could that be exactly? I'm not sure.

Uh, it could be the Chamber of Secrets, a g- a g- like, actually the Chamber of Secrets with the basilisk, which would be pretty fun.

I like that they're gonna...

Hopefully they'll continue this as a theme where they integrate some larger scenes as those collector edition pieces instead of just the buildings and, um, like, uh, books and with an, uh, owl on it.

There's one potentially for Dobby, but that'll be the second year.

First year, Hogwarts Castle, um, maybe some focused on, uh, Quidditch, but there's a lot of just, mm, hearsay or what, what have you.

Today,

we are going to be reviewing the second in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets.

This is a 2002 movie screenplay by Steve Kloves and directed by Chris Columbus.

Yeah, my notes are slightly misspelled, but okay, that's fine.

I do get the impression that there's maybe a little bit more of that.

And I would say across the board, there's a lot bigger emphasis on the important points that are going on in regards to storytelling, that they are all leveled up a notch.

And I think that is reflected in the review for both of us.

But at the end of the day, the question is, is how, is it still compelling or is it not? And I think when you come to the theme aspect of it, you get some element of this idea of, you know, maybe it's friendship, maybe it's, you know, what do my choices mean? But at the same time, I don't know that you're necessarily given much of a, let's just say dilemma in regards to the decisions that Harry has to make, which is only important for the sake of challenging those themes and those ideas, right? It's like you could have them fight head to head on an idea, but if they're never put in a situation where they have to choose something difficult, I think it's harder to develop those themes and really have the antagonist and the protagonist come to a point where they need to pause and consider what it is they're doing and whether or not it is the right path.

You've got to be the biggest, biggest movie.

It actually broke the 3,682 record of Chamber of Secrets.

It's set six months earlier.

And then Luna's a bit different because she's always her-

She doesn't really care what people think about her.

Take that, Universal.

They did not announce any specific attractions about this, but they put out a promo teaser video, which just had the Ford Anglia from Chamber of Secrets flying over Abu Dhabi and the park and everywhere.

And basically they're hitting you over the head with it.

The Anglia, the Ford Anglia is going to be it.

On November 25th, President Bush signed the Homeland Security Act establishing the Department of Homeland Security and executing the largest reorganization of the federal government in over 50 years, consolidating 22 existing agencies under a single cabinet department.

And at the box office, Eminem's semi-autobiographical film 8 Mile opened on November 8th and took the top spot before Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets arrived on November 15th and grossed $87.7 million in its opening weekend, the third best opening of all time at that point, and if a be a terrible movie, Thad.
