Harry Bertoia

okay anything else i should see or talk about maybe like what the sculpture is here

That's a hairy Bertoia.

Oh, it's a Bertoia.

Yeah.

Makes sense.

well.

Yeah.

The stories about the Bertoias are that apparently they would...

on eBay and it sold for like $1,200 or $1,400 and like, young and broke and newly married, that was just an insane proposition.

And that was my kind of gateway into, I call them the gateway, the gateway designers of Bertoia and Saarinen and Eames.

And then that opened up another sub world of design furniture.

And it was a guy at FedEx named Brian that said, you know, people design furniture for a living.

One ball, no strike.

Wind up by Terry, the pitch to Bertoia.

Swung on to high pop.

McDougall goes out for it.

And they're two away.

Infield fly rule was called, but the runners could advance at their own risk.

And they're two down as Bertoia pops out to McDougall.

Bases remain loaded.
