This is a fun name drop for me, but when you watch the Harry & Meghan documentary series on Netflix, um, you know, that's I think six hour-long episodes.

Yeah.

But that was probably 150 hours of interviews that got whittled-

Would you, would you believe? Anyway, uh, so h- he's been explaining why, uh, he didn't want to be, he didn't want, uh, Uganda to be part of the games.

And he said, this is an incredible quote, "I have factions in the Ministry of Defence that support that Harry-Meghan nonsense.

I had to quash it straight away.

I support the monarch." Hang on.

Is Uganda on the brink of some kind of a coup here? Are they-

Is this gonna be a civil war?

I th- I think, are these Harry-Meghan factions going to topple the current president, seize power, and then perhaps install Harry and Meghan as rulers, the new rulers of Uganda? I, I, I don't know, but I, I could imagine that might be quite awkward for, for Charles really on the whole, you know.

If, uh, if he has to invite the new Ugandan rulers on a state visit, and it's Harry and Meghan.

Now there are reports that Prince Harry is absolutely ropable about Uganda announcing that it is withdrawing from the Invictus Games, and it's supposed to be in a show of loyalty to King Charles.

Netflix says the six-part Harry & Meghan documentary generated twenty-three point four million views during its initial release, and has now accumulated about seventy million views, but nothing else from Archewell Productions came close.

Projects including Live to Lead and Polo failed to match that audience, and Netflix chose not to renew the Sussexes' lucrative overall production agreement in twenty twenty-five.

Instead, according to The Times, Netflix shifted them to a much narrower arrangement in which they are paid when the streamer actually picks up one of their projects.

If there was an easy path to success in show business, there would be a lot fewer flops in Hollywood." In the Daily Mail, Alison Boshoff reported on a source who is said to have known details of the Netflix deal.

They said, "From speaking to someone with knowledge of the deal, it looks like they've probably managed to maybe keep ten to fifteen million dollars or a touch more purely for themselves over the nearly five years.

Not bad business, but that kind of money doesn't last long with their lifestyle." Netflix paid for the production of the tell-all hit documentary series Harry & Meghan in 2022, which would have included a big fee for them.

I guess the money Netflix spent on it works out at $20 million all in.

I think Harry's good at that because if you look at the way he leveraged access to Archie and Lily, in my opinion, to get access to, to, to get that face-to-face with King Charles, he weaponized that, in my view.

He weaponized his family in order to make millions from the book Spare and from the Netflix documentary Harry & Meghan.

So this guy knows when there is something that he can leverage, and by returning to the UK, it moves the dial on his royal security.

He was never gonna get it whilst based in Montecito, California.

I've just heard for years how miserable he is, just miserable, and I think that he has gotten to a place where there's really nothing for him to do there

Harry and Meghan have become accustomed to having extremely wealthy friends help subsidize their lifestyle.

But I don't think that they got $100,000 for the Harry & Meghan docuseries, Live to Lead, Heart of Invictus, and the Polo series.

That seems ludicrous to me.
