Harini Nagendra

They're kind of related because Shruti during her magnificent masterclass mentioned Madhav Gadgil and Eleanor Ostrom.

And I did a recent episode of The Scene in the Unseen with Harini Nagendra, who was mentored by Madhav Gadgil.

He changed her life.

She talks about it at length in that episode.

So that's a fine episode.

You should speak to her.

But I'm not going to recommend that episode I did with Harini Nagendra.

Nor am I going to recommend any of the fine books she's written on urban ecology like Above the Trees of Bangalore, which is such a great and illuminating book.
