Well, it's a pleasure to be here, Mike.

I really enjoy joining in these webinars.

Well, I've been an ADI for 10 years now.

Prior to that, I was in the classroom in the science lab as a science teacher.

You know what we mean by the flow chart, but if someone was watching at home, what is the flow chart?

Is that fair to say, Hardy, that the pass rate is only one in, pass rate for the standards checks is one in five, 20%? Well,

one of the things I was saying to a trainee today is the way the pupil is driving is a reflection of your training.

And when the parameter system was introduced by the DVSA, I know a lot of instructors analyzed it and picked out the flaws and this is wrong and this is wrong, but it was a crude system to monitor our pass rate.

And I, my personal history during COVID.

I had nine fail driving tests, one after the other.

And I cried and cried and cried.

And I spoke to other instructors nearby and they said, look, they've changed the goalposts.
