Hardanger

We

played a gig with Funeral last year, and the violinist from Funeral is playing on the Kroakevisa song, on the two versions which have violins and Hardanger fiddle.

So yeah, but...

Yeah, socially it's kind of like both a bit difficult because it's not that many places where we meet except concerts.

¶¶ Even the minor key music is full of that folk spirit.

My friend Ragnhild Hemsen actually did an arrangement of many movements of Peer Gynt for the Hardanger, the Norwegian fiddle, which shows off even more of the folk music aspects of this music.

We performed this together in Norway, and it was a wonderful experience.

The final pieces of incidental music in the first act are violin solo pieces that correspond to the wedding itself.
