Hard Rain

Well, I was thinking, I was trying to think of something that was about the weather rather than just a film about where the weather happened to be bad and it was actually quite difficult.

I mean, the first thing that I thought of was a couple of films, a hard rain, for example, in 1998, um, in which it rains all the time, seven in the 1995 film, which has spoken about so many times.

And in that film, it was just raining pretty much the whole, well, apart from the, the final, um, famous scene when it wasn't raining, but, most of the time in there it was raining um and then other films like a simple plan which is one of my favorites with billy bob um and fargo for example and all but all of these films are really um about there are stories set in a setting because um and it just happens to be raining or snowing and the weather happens to be bad but the the the weather isn't the story i think the The only one of those probably where it is, is Hard Rain, isn't it? And so, yeah, I needed to be a bit flexible.

But if you bend the theme to that, then you can scoop up all sorts of things.

One thing that I did scoop up was 30 Days of Night, which was the one that I wanted to focus a bit more on.

So that's it really.

I'd say most of mine were little nods to things that we've spoken about before.

But yeah, I think Hard Rain would probably be the one that's mostly about the weather.

Now, I was ready to skip Hard Rain, but then I remembered- Toots Thielemans harmonica

And that-

A perfect fit for this offense, and a guy who has caught the eye of the Wolverines watching films.

On film, we've seen him break 60, 70-yard runs, and he's just as fast as anybody we've played in the Big Ten.

Leaf kept saying how Black was the most underrated running back in the country, and the more film I watch, the more I believe that because he's definitely a tremendous threat, not only running the ball, but after he catches the ball as well.

We're going to have our hands full.

There's no doubt about that.
