we were talking about arcs recently and how arcs takes the idea of like what trick taking is and instead of saying it's a trick taking game it uses trick taking as a mechanic to build upon yeah i think it's quite interesting to see something doing a similar thing of like it's a claw machine but that isn't the end of it that's the mechanic for a bigger thing From looking at this, it looks like, I would describe this as Neopets meets Happy Tree Friends.

And I think that might be the most early 2000s

millennial thing I could call it.

And then the rest of it is kind of like 2D, very simple animation kind of stuff of like stretching, you know, stretching pixels and that kind of stuff rather than like fully animated characters and stuff.

But it's a lovely, weird little madcap world of, you know, basically all the characters have had an arm chopped off and the arm is replaced with the clawler, right? This ability that they have.

And so, yeah, it does have that happy tree friends.

There is a decision they take that undermines everything that I think would be interesting going forward into this series.

uh that's not even the dorothy thing but yeah like it it goes from like i i like the original i hate fairyland as like a very over the top uh like it is it is a grindhouse splatter story but the revival reminds me too much of happy tree friends
