Hannibal Bridge

Yeah, and I do tours here in Kansas City in character.

One of my characters is Octave Chanute, who designed and built the first railroad bridge over the Missouri River, the Hannibal Bridge.

Right by the Buck O'Neill Bridge.

Okay.

That's how I got interested in him.

I lived and worked in Lenexa.

And in my arrogance, when I discovered, that's a word, I discovered Chenu, that he laid out Lenexa 1869, designed and built the Hannibal Bridge, McKenzie, and then helped the Wright brothers get off the ground.
