Um, it was great to see.

It was really impressive to see, you know, six months of training and to be in the form that he was in, I think was really inspiring.

And it's, it- it's not just about that physical readiness.

I think as well that head space of he had nothing left to lose.

He knew whatever happened, he was on the team regardless of what his injury had been.

So let's just race and find out.

And for me, that kind of freeing of that pressure, you could just see it.

But it w- it just wasn't there for them for whatever reason.

You know, myself and Amy were, you know, good rivals head-to-head, and that certainly spurred us on and pushed us.

I ended up going that 4:31 at the games, and I couldn't have done that without Amy being there.

So, you know, having Jenna there, I think, you know, will really push Amalie.

So it'll be quite exciting to see 'cause Amalie's breaststroke split is just phenomenal at the minute, and if she can get the other three strokes at the right position, you know, could she challenge Jenna? Could she take it? I don't know.

She's very young.

He never seems to look phased.
