So, Naturopathic Academy of Primary Care Physicians.

So, it's the national organization for the primary care placeholder for U.S. And we're very passionate about having the... inclusion of a wider definition, I feel like in primary care.

To me in general, we really miss in medicine health promotion as a key part.

We talk about prevention.

There's, like, primary care, like, conventional primary care that is, I think, starting to try and work towards health team and like having multiple professions being part of like interdisciplinary care and we're being left out over there but then there's the like commercialized side of uh functional medicine and we're also being left out over there in my opinion so why do you think that's happening

And I think I didn't notice it until I'm trying to think of a certain.

I do this.

I like I get on the high of like what's going on and then I want to stay there and I don't want to think of the hard.

And I'm trying to put myself back there.

I think that, yeah, I just I will realize that ways that I've shown up are ways that I was shown by my parents that are the ways that you show up.

Or that I showed up with my dad to protect myself from getting hurt.

For the dads who have harmed and who hear this, what do you want them to know?
