Haniel

So I implore you to join us for Never Miss a Monday Meditation.

All right, so Archangel Haniel.

Haniel's name is often translated as grace of God or joy of God.

She's traditionally associated with the moon, intuition, natural cycles, and grace.

And she's often called on during full moon work and by anyone wanting to trust their intuition more deeply.

That's her specialty.

So how perfect is this? If you'd like to work with her, step outside on Saturday night or stand at a window where you can see the moon.

Place your hand on your heart and say, Archangel Haniel, Help me feel what's true and see it clearly.

But it's just this gentle, soft breeze.

And one of my favorites that comes, and she just shows up in a very slightly unique way than the others, is Haniel.

Now, Archangel Haniel is the moon goddess, and when she comes, she'll just all of a sudden rock you side to side [laughs] because she manages the tides, the rhythms, the motion, and that beautiful frequency of just rocking and rolling back and forth is really powerful to realize when she's assisting you.

So no matter what area of your life you need assistance for, there is an archangel for that, literally.

They help us on all levels of life.

I'm awake too late.

I can't fall asleep easily, and when I do go to sleep, I wake up many times in the night.

Please help me get into a rhythm, a peace, a calm so that I may get conducive sleep, quality rest, and recharge and refill my body with ease." This is a prayer that I used before I even knew Haniel, and as she works with cycles and rhythms, and sleep is a cycle, I just asked for assistance 'cause I was going through insomnia for so many months, and this is how it overcame.

And before we move into the week ahead, I want to share what's coming through from the Archangel realm right now.

Archangel Haniel is so present this weekend.

She's the archangel of the moon, of intuition, of grace, and she shows up strongest around every new and full moon.

If you've been feeling like you just need permission to trust your gut on something instead of overthinking it into the ground, that is Haniel's energy knocking.

Here's what's coming through from her.

The plan doesn't have to be perfect before you start.

If you want to connect with her energy, here's something simple.

Tonight, under whatever moon you can see, just place your hand on your heart and say your intention out loud once.
