We need to recognise that centres operate under different circumstances.

So, you know, if there is an outbreak of HFMD, they will need more teachers to be deployed.

Or when a teacher is not well or another teacher will have to actually step forward.

And even sometimes the principal has to step in.

I also spoke to some of the operators today because one thing they have to find qualified teachers to provide relief, teaching and also manage the availability and deployment of relief staff.

As you mentioned, you know, we also have to recognise the everyday challenges on the ground Maybe early in the morning, teachers may call in and they may be on medical leave.

And centres may also be managing HFMD or influenza cases.

So this situation does put additional pressure on the team and disrupt staffing plans, sometimes at very, very short notice.

Yes, later than planned, but I was ding my brother and honestly thought giving my partner a few extra hours gaming would be a nice gesture.

He'd been feeling off since Monday and was worried he might be getting HFM, so I went by myself.

I even brought him snickerdoodle cookies because I felt bad he couldn't come.
