Can you talk to me about the evolution of NADSEN and your latest white paper on making STEM more inclusive?

Oh, my God.

Yes, absolutely.

So back in 2006, 2007, that was just a couple of years after I finished my PhD and became a member of staff at the university.

And suddenly there was All the support that you get as a student all disappeared once I became a member of staff.

And that was very common for disabled staff at universities, that there wasn't any support.

So the university brought us together because it had a, well, brought together staff who declared, which is a horrible word, declared that they were disabled, brought a small group of us together because at the time the university had to produce a disability equality statement, a disability equality scheme under the law at that time.

If you got five minutes or a few minutes with somebody in power or with a policymaker, what would you say to them? Are there any calls to action that you'd have?
