So how did that come about, you getting to BST? They run kind of bigger shows here in the Hamden area, mostly

the Hamden area in Connecticut.

I mean, they do run

other parts of the state, but mostly the bigger shows are on, uh, in Hamden and they're on IWTV, I guess every, what, every month, every other month,

something like that.

Every month.

She was drawn toward health care very early.

She went to Quinnipiac University in Hamden, 10 minutes from home.

Hang on, it's Quinnipiac, I think, and graduated in 2012 with a degree in biology.

Then she did something that tells you a lot about how smart she was.

I know this is a central thing that you contest in the new book.

And you're going to be speaking in Hamden, Connecticut, this coming September 11th at the Unitarian Church.

But I'm wondering, I think that's your main message here is to counter what looks like a multimillion dollar lobbying effort to resurrect nuclear power in our country.

Yes, and it's at 7 o'clock, and it'll be much of what we've covered today, but also some of the bigger picture things about wildlife, nature.

So those are those are some pretty key, cool, key ones.

There is the stretch that goes through Southington and Cheshire and then down to Hamden.

That's another very popular spot follows the the Farmington Canal, which was used for transport before rail lines really came into came into the picture in the late 1800s.

There's an actual lock.

And also we're always looking for people to help out, whether it's in a volunteer capacity for being a coach or or a volunteer capacity at one of our events and just continuing to promote the fun and awesome activity that is cycling in Connecticut.

Once you've done a couple of easy paths and you're looking for something a little more, this state has plenty of spots for a short hike and beautiful view.

A classic example is Sleeping Giant State Park in Hamden.

The main tower trail is wide and steady.

But it touched me personally because it was Cheshire, Connecticut, this bucolic, almost Norman Rockwellian town in central Connecticut.

I would drive through Cheshire for four years, four or five days a week, sometimes seven days a week, while I was going to law school in neighboring Hamden, Connecticut, smashed right up against Cheshire.

I drove right through Cheshire for all those years, and I hung out there.

I went to the restaurants there.
