There's a name for what you're describing.

Phil Rosenzweig wrote a book back in 2007 called The Halo Effect.

His argument is that when a company is performing well, we look at everything it does and decide those things must be the reason why.

So we call it the halo effect, but like this idea of basically being able to, um, make tangible, not only the impact that you're having in each, you know, silo, but like how one impacts the other.

I love the idea too, though, of, you know, the halo effect.

I think we've known for anybody who's been in values-based work for a number of years, like, you know, there is a halo effect, but the fact that algorithms now demonstrate that in a quantifiable way is so interesting that like there's that engagement that then spills over positively afterwards.
