Halo 5: Guardians

Oh, my God.

Remember the Halo 5 cinematic trailers? Yes.

Oh, my God.

That just sold you a completely different

You know, I guess it's similar.

I didn't think about it until you just brought it up.

But even in Halo 5, there are three missions...

I don't know if we should really be using Halo 5 as an example for anything good.

And so for those who don't know, let me give a little primer here because I'm kind of all over the place for, from this question.

Um, So at Halo Fest, there are going to be a lot of open competitions like Halo Infinite, Halo 3, I think maybe Halo 5, like a bunch of different things, right? And there will be a Halo Infinite 4v4 open tournament.

That is separate from the Halo Infinite Invitational that is also taking place at Halo Fest that has the pro teams and the pro players there.

For this 4v4 Open Infinite Tournament at HaloFest, they're doing qualifications a little bit differently.

It's funny.

Because Envy were in...

Like, obviously, they were in for Halo 5.

They have a skin in Halo 5 and everything.

Then we're going to also be talking about the recent reporting about... how Xbox is planning their next console release in late 2028, and it goes on to talk about some surprising but also not so surprising price points, if you've been paying attention towards the RAM market and everything.

And to sprinkle it up so that way we're not, you know, talking about doober and gloomer stuff, I do have a terrific segment of us talking about Halo 5, Coming to PC.

That is right, folks.

Holy crap, it is happening.

I don't have an Xbox One anymore, but that being said, I would be able to download this and essentially give it a try.

From everything I've read, it doesn't say if it has connectivity between PC players or Xbox players, but one of the things that I will note is that This is a fan made mod that is being put together it's not necessarily like an official port port from Halo studios or anything like that but it's getting a lot of attention because there's been a lot of you know footage of people playing the campaign on PC.

There's also been footage of Warzone on PC as well.

And the customization also too has been getting a lot of attention too.

And it leaves the question that I want to actually answer in this.

What can we expect in the future if these companies don't get their shit together? What can we really expect? Because you have companies like Halo Studios, previously known as 343 Inc., or Industries, they hire people that don't know anything about the game, don't know the community or the franchise, or listen to what the people that buy these games are saying.

They just basically hire these people that don't know anything about these games, and they...

they give them all this creative control, but these people put in real world problems, social issues, like, you know, Y'all can probably guess what I'm thinking, but y'all know what I'm trying not to say.

And so many of these...

So many people... are just getting to where when they go into a game, they want to play their game, not have to worry about pronouns, different other things that are being introduced into the game.

Like Halo Infinite.

A lot of people were pissed off because Halo Infinite focused more on skins and being politically correct instead of actually focusing on content.
