Flew around in helicopters with Trevor Green across, he was a famous chopper pilot, you know, recovering gear.

And he also had a place on Half Moon Bay down on the island there where he took people out just to take photographs of the deer.

I've never heard of that area.

Half Moon Bay, that's like around further out from Botany, Howickways.

Some nice houses around there? Bucklands Beach, you know, around that way.

This was back in Auckland in Half Moon Bay, which is actually a really nice suburb.

He bought another property in that same location and they basically doubled in value within six months.

He said that the usual experts were saying things like, you were better off renting than buying.

We just heard that again and putting your money into shares.

And he says, looking back, I think the main catalyst for him was that Bob Jones was holding some property seminars where he said, I actually think it's going to go the other way and which is why He went ahead and bought some townhouses and units within Half Moon Bay and sold them later for double the price.
