Uh, Chuck Russell, a great filmmaker, Brenda Fricker, an incredible director or incredible actress, um, Hal Williams, uh, uh, the police officer from Sanford and Son, uh, Smitty from Sanford and Son passed away.

The great Sam Neill, um, died.

Uh, it, it's just, it's just been, you know, it's just been in- in- incredibly crazy, uh, uh, how many big stars have passed away.

So it's in a black neighborhood in northeast Washington, D.C., The show was centered around Mary Jenkins, played by Marla Gibbs, a nosy and tart-tongued but loving housewife.

Her husband, Lester Jenkins, played by Hal Williams, had his own construction company, and their daughter, Brenda, was a boy crazy yet smart and studious young woman.

So yeah, 227, the thing I remember specifically about it is that they would always hang out on the front stoop of the apartment building.
