Big Bump is here with us today, and it's Hake's first day back in a month, literally a month.

I think it was the 7th of August that I was on last, making fun of a gal who was believing her own Sasquatch stories.

Yeah, it was.

Hake is usually what you get like with fish and chips a lot of the time.

Maybe not.

Really? Not halibut?

What do you mean it's boring? Running isn't boring.

Hake is boring.

And I eat hake.

Do you eat hake? I don't.

People want to eat healthier, they want to live longer.

And they're prepared to pay for Hake in particular.

So we've seen 17% price increases versus the same time last year on our products in Europe, and that's across all of Europe.

seen very very strong demand out of the uk and the us and that's particularly driven where cod species that they have in northern europe um you know they're on a downturn um so there's been a supply gap so we've seen that too that your traditional fish and chip shop type offering um so so very very strong demand on the pelagic side on the other hand we've seen a super al nino hit um you know the southern hemisphere So you're seeing record prices for fish meal and fish oil, and that's predominantly feed that goes into the farming of salmon, Norwegian salmon.

I mean, we are a Rand hedge.

And predominantly in Europe.

Europe is because both our Hake business and our Pelagic business is very much weighted towards Europe.

And part of this is just, you know, I mean, as a kid, I used to be a fisherman, although there's a lot of heavy lifting when I say the fishing part.
