Basically, the lawsuit is that they're going about it in a bit of a unique way.

They're not going after the training data as has been scraped, which, of course, is what they just literally settled and have literally today, as we record this, Suno's new... interface and models not models they're not new models but basically the watermarking and all of everything that they agreed to with the warner and bmg and all that goes live today as we record this so they're now in compliance with the the music companies for the training data there this is a bit of a unique um situation where they're going after because they're saying that the voices sound too much like them that basically they've copied their voices And the claim is that you can go in and basically say, hey, I want it to sound like Guy Forsyth or Eduardo Calle or whatever.

And it'll reproduce.

Governor Newsom's decision on these measures is still pending.
