So have you, yeah, have you sort of tackled that approach?

Yeah, correct.

So that's been a big learning one, and again, it's kind of looking at the big boys, you know, what are they doing with it? What Rob and Andrew have done with Grey, you know, it's definitely something a lot of us look up to.

It's a, you know, it's an epic business, and the way they brand themselves is top-notch.

So it's kind of trying to learn, you know, what are these guys doing, as well as then how, you know, what can we do different to every other man? How can we stand out? Which I think now we're really starting to get there and kind of finding our little niche, trying to do different things.

What would you, what advice you give to them knowing, you know, going through what you've, what you've been through?

through?The biggest thing would be educate yourself.

Like, I run feasibilities on sites that aren't for sale just to educate myself and learn and, you know, s- just get better at looking at, you know, what are, what are possible hidden costs.
