So it's just all kind of good stuff.

And then somebody was thinking about going over to the Battleship, and I said, well, you know, if you happen to like Gumbo, Stevie's Kitchen over there, Stevie runs the cafeteria over there.

And he has some of the best seafood gumbo ever, you know.

Have I ever tried gumbo? Is that

the one with gum in it? No, you have not.

Wait, hang on a second.

There's gumbo and then there's jambalaya.

I like them both, but I never- Gumbo's

more soupy.

Okay, so between po'boys and gumbo, which one are you like, I got to have it, and which one are you like sometimes?

They kind of both, like I don't have, I say gumbo.

Gumbo? I do gumbo.

Got to have gumbo? Yeah, got to have gumbo.

Man, I know that we had this conversation.

A lot of it was Cajun influenced stuff.

Gumbos, etouffees, like other dishes, fried dishes, stuff to that degree.

Making me hungry.

It was a little bit hard.

There were Viennese things in there, but there were a lot of New Orleans.

And I heard Gumbo at the same time by Dr. John, which was his summary of the music that he loved the most.

So you were hearing from somebody who was a contemporary artist who was doing music from the 50s, and in it was things like Tipitina.

So I was my first acquaintance with these things.

So much so that, as senior reporter Drew Hawkins found, Landry himself signed one with Meta, the trillion-dollar tech company building a massive data center in North Louisiana.
