Gulfstream Park

First start ever.

Was able to circle most of the field there in a maiden special weight event at Gulfstream Park, a race that was carded for the turf.

It moved to the Tapita and was able to beat the other 10 rivals home that day.

Since then, though, her races haven't been the greatest.

This isn't Del Mar at five.

It's, you can, or Gulfstream Park.

This is, this is a race.

It's, it's all, um, pace dependent.

Several of the likely race horses in this field are three-year-olds.

This one is a four-year-old coming back off a layoff, having not been seen since January of this year when she finished third at this level at Gulfstream Park.

That was in the slop, and maybe she didn't love the surface.

To be honest, that performance was a little bit disappointing as the even money favorite, but maybe something happened that day because she's been off for nine months since then.

Yeah.

And I suppose, well, how's your, uh, uh, Keeneland, your Keeneland and Gulfstream Park form analysis, Barry, when you, when you consider Dublin Knight who hasn't been seen for over, over a decade?

I was brutal anyway.

That's Barry's good.

Yeah.

We were playing Gulfstream Park, having a ball.

But anyway.

KG.

Look at how many horses come around from the world to run there.

Frank Stronach ran horses at Santa Anita, ran horses at Gulfstream Park when he owned both facilities, right? I mean, you see that all the time in horse racing.

So I'm not sure now that I think about it that Mike Repole owning 1.5% of Churchill Downs Incorporated is anything near the kind of conflicts of interest that we've seen in the past in the sport.

Good points there, Randy.

Zell the man.

You'll find him at Gulfstream Park.

That's it.

[laughs]

So Browardist has core sponsors.

And among them, we have Visit Lauderdale, we have Gulfstream Park, we have TD Bank, the city of Pompano Beach.

When I first created this, and I want to step back.

This isn't just I, this is my wife and I. We're in business together.

A horse that I believe was scratched out of a race at Kentucky Downs, so we've had to wait a little bit longer for his return to the races.

He had been competitive, uh, going a mile and three ace, uh, saying the stakes race down at Gulfstream Park to kind of, uh, kick off his graded stakes races this year.

Then he was third in the Pan American behind Far Bridge and Corruption.

And then we've already mentioned the name Burnham Square.
