You've seen him on stage with everyone from Lauryn Hill to David Grissom to the band Fork.

An unbelievable guitar player and bass player.

My mom used to travel a lot when I was growing up for work and stuff.

And she used to go to Europe all the time.

And I remember reading on Guitar Player magazine an interview with some guitarist.

And he was giving his favorite records to listen to, like jazz records and stuff.

So Noel Gallagher learned of its ubiquity when he got a frosty reception from guitar store employees.

He told Guitarist Magazine in 2002, "After Morning Glory came out I was in Manchester and went to this guitar shop, and there was a sign banning people from playing Wonderwall."

Gee.

Yeah, I concur with what Ian said, and, and not to just kinda repeat, but yeah, the, the, Felder's iconic sort of 12-string acoustic bass that, uh, Meisner plays under sort of this reggae-tinged bassline i- is really great, and then of course Joe Walsh making his debut with Eagles and doing this sort of trade-off where, like, you got guitars kinda playing harmonies with each other, and then you got an arpeggio piece kinda underneath it trading off.

And that, that lends into that, that big solo finish at the end, which in 1998, uh, was voted the best guitar solo of all time by readers of Guitarist Magazine.

Uh, I don't know if I agree with that, but it's definitely iconic.

You know, there's a lot of things about the lyrics that are in this tune, not normally being a lyrics guy, but, like, some of the most iconic lines that you remember are in this song.
