So that's a very unique asset that took a lot of long-term planning, property acquisition, a lot of money and vision.

In concert with that, the county's community college, Guilford Technical Community College, also started developing aviation maintenance, aviation construction, and engineering technology programs where there are certifications that are offered that are FAA approved to different employees that go through to rebuild engines, to build wings and composites and airframes, and to understand the technology and the switching and all the different integrated systems within aircraft.

So It's not just putting a site out there adjacent to the airport.

You have to work and build a workforce pipeline.

High Point actually has a high school that has an aviation academy.

So a freshman coming to Andrews High School in High Point can graduate in four years with a partial certification for aviation maintenance and aviation technology.

Then they transition into the Guilford Technical Community College, GTCC, get an additional certification.

And then after two years of technical school out of high school, you're walking into a HondaJet or a Jet Zero with all the credentials you need to be a very valuable employee at those different locations.
