It's a matter of time." Now, I've been saying this on the mic for here on this podcast, I've been saying it on the mic for VBTV, and it's easy for me and Kyle and Denise and whoever else is on the mic to be saying, "It's just a matter of time till Meg gets her win." She made those two finals in the AVP last year with Terese Cannon.

Made the final in Huntington, made the final in Manhattan, made those back-to-back finals in Gstaad, made the final in Quintana Roo, made the final in Rio, and she just wasn't doing it.

She kept getting there, and I'm fond of saying, "You knock on the door long enough, someone's gonna answer." No one had answered until this year in Hermosa.

Made the final two years ago in Hermosa when she lost in a double final to Kelly Chang and Sarah Hughes.

So there are remains of an abbey and remains of a nunnery.

And then I read this little detail about the nunnery, that it was one which had a special, someone was talking to me about this in Gstaad, so they knew about this, a special little place where if a woman had a baby out of wedlock, she could pop the baby in.

It's like almost like a bread loaf.

And one of the nuns on the other side would take it.

I, I went to all over Europe.

I went to Gstaad, uh, England, Paris.

I mean, I got to understand Europe.

You know, I was a, I was a green kid from New York that, that learned the language and learned the, the, the thinking of the European people.

And to be really honest with you, I doubted that Tsitsipas still had this level of tennis in him because he has been struggling for a long time.

Prior to winning the tournament in Gstaad, there was a risk that Tsitsipas could have fallen out of the top 100.

But I do think that tournament win helped him tremendously, got his ranking back up, brought back the belief in his game that he can still do big things.

Will he have a chance against Ben Shelton? I certainly think that he can make this match difficult for Ben, and here's the reason why.

I didn't say the same thing to you, but I thought the same thing as well because Rampa and Greg, I would say is... nearly as much of a stark difference in character to Constance, the Stade guy, and me off camera, you know? And even one of your friends next door has the same thing with his online character and at-home persona.

And I'm realizing more and more that it's a thing many artists share and feel.

Like a lot of artists have a public-facing version of themselves, could be branded as a rampa, as a Stade guy, as anything public.

or there's a real name and then they have a very different side that the fans and the people rarely see

yeah facts switch the character up on stage i love it though but in a decent amount i feel like i'm shifting slowly but surely more towards like getting a little bit out of the spotlight funny saying this in a in a podcast um you know what i mean like focusing really more on like the the engineering parts of of that whole world and um yeah getting a little bit out of the spotlight i'm gravitating a lot to developing engineering being in the background having a rhythm like you know when we're on vacation like getting up having a healthy life a little sauna a little sport yada yada

Yeah, I was in boarding school in Switzerland for a couple of years at the end of high school.

And actually an earlier school, also in Switzerland, but another part of Switzerland over near Gstaad.

My sister and I spent a year when we were, I want to say 10 and 11.

And then we moved again back to the U.S.,

Um, And I was looking at F1 because they, they ship part of the cars and the chassis and these road cases, you know, I'm like, I can do that.

So I was like, I was Googling all the, like, I'm going to move to Switzerland, Gestad.

And I'm going to, you know, I was ready.

I'm like, I'm going Euro baby.

So, you know, they've really done a good job of that.

It's, uh, I've got a great Bernie story.

I don't want to eat up your time, but, uh, I was with, uh, I was with, uh, Martina McBride and we did country nights over in Gestad, which is the big festival over there.

Bunch of country artists come in every year and do two nights up there.

Cerundolo actually leads it two to one.

He's beaten him a couple of times in altitude clay, I think in Gstaad.

Uh, but then in Canada, Casper rocked him.

Um, if he gets through Cerundolo, if Ruud does, then, uh, Zack Svajda or Daniel Altmaier would be next.
