Grumman American AA-1

Um, but the truth is, there are a lot of Champs and, and nondescript airplanes living out at airports that are airworthy, barely, uh, but, but airworthy.

My very first airplane that I owned was a, was a Grumman Yankee that was the, the neighbor- the, uh, the airport rent-a-wreck.

It was airworthy, but it was really ugly.

And, uh, the, the FBO folks were friends I- friends of mine.
