Growing Bolder

Marc Middleton is a multiple Emmy Award-winning broadcaster, speaker, and filmmaker.

He is the founder and CEO of Growing Bolder, a media company dedicated to changing the culture of aging.

He's also authored a book by the same name, and he is a seven-time Master Swimming world record holder.

So he doesn't just talk about aging well, he's actually living it.

I have admired Mark's work and his approach to aging for many years.

I've had the chance to meet him when Growing Bolder came to UCF to tell the story of Grow and Play, our intergenerational physical activity program.

What strikes me most is how closely our philosophies about aging align, even though we've arrived at them from different directions.
