And so you just think about that in and of itself, and that's like if nothing else is going on in your life that's extra or someone's sick or whatever.

Stress is just such a, like, silent, um, disruptor of, I just think, like, us and the way that we were even designed to function as humans and as moms.

Um, I think I go back to kind of, like, the baseline of, well, something my chiropractor told me once, and that is that a lot of times we don't even realize how stressed we are.

And I'm trying to remember the exact numbers he gave me, but he said something along the lines of that the human, like, body was designed to intake something like maybe 20 to 30 inputs a day.

And one of the photos included one of Brock smoking from a pipe.

And then there was a curious message found within an app called GroupMe on Brock's phone.

It was from the night of the assault, and it was from one of Brock's friends.

It read, quote, whose tits are those? But by the time detectives got a search warrant for the phone, the messages had been deleted.

So ask, should this be in an email? Should I just have a conversation with somebody? I tell you what, I am terrible at texting and we do a lot of texting.

We use GroupMe on my campus.

And sometimes it's just easier for me to walk in the next room and say, hey, blah, blah, blah, then to actually sit down and try to text out something? Should it be set in a staff meeting? Or is it okay to actually text something or use GroupMe, which is what we use? Or does it need to be communicated through maybe multiple channels? Match the communication method to the urgency and the complexity and the sensitivity of the message.

We have walkie talkies and I tell you what, sometimes my teachers think it's pretty easy just to grab up a walkie talkie and broadcast a message to the entire staff and student body.

And so I've had to remind them, you cannot use the walkie unless it's an emergency because first of all, you're disrupting a class, every class.

I'm gonna...

You- you're gonna have a, a GroupMe or text group or whatever, and I'm gonna communicate directly with them where they, where they need to be.

And I, I don't send out all of that stuff to the parents because in, in my experience, if that kid can't get himself there on time, isn't involved, doesn't want it at, at a level enough to take care of himself, it's never gonna work out for that kid anyway.
