And, uh, Whoever makes the decision, please make the right one.

I don't know if Groupie is good enough.

I know the company line from Rich Cimini was he didn't have time to acclimate, but I feel like you bring a guy in, you have a couple practices, and you still go with the guy who looked putrid on his last performance, then it might say more about Groupie than it does about Sanders.

So, yeah, I think it's going to be Sanders, and I think those two kicks after the miss certainly helped his case.

I mean, I don't trust him, but I think he might be their kicker for another week because of the last two that he hit.

Blake Groupie, who they claimed off of waivers, and then Jason Sanders, who they're saying is gonna do the kicking.

I said this to you before we started recording, and I know I tweeted it out, we'll see if Groupie ends up actually dressing for this game even though he's on the 53 man.

But if he does, why not just do what the Eagles did years ago with David Akers and Norm Johnson? They had Norm Johnson to do extra points and short kicks, and they had David Akers to do long kicks and kickoffs.

If you have the two kickers, and you know that Groupie has a big leg, but he's not always as accurate, and you know that Jason Sanders is accurate from short distance, but his big flaw is his leg strength, you have the two of them, you might as well use them both and play to each other's strengths, right?

Yeah, I guess.

So it's the old saying, if you have two quarterbacks, you don't have any, so if you have two kickers, I guess you don't have any either.

He's had most of the reps.

The thing is, Groupie, I want to make sure that he gets a solid chance.

He just got here last week.

He hasn't had a lot of chances to really get a lot of work with Henny and Mack.

I'm a Muji fan.

I just don't understand how we got to a point where Jason Sanders is the kicker.

Again, if Groupie is not ready because he doesn't have the – the built-up reps with the long snapper and the whole...

That's just...

The easiest math you could ever freaking do.

And I feel very uncomfortable about either one kicking a 53-yard field goal until we see it from Groupie, obviously, but – I have no faith in Sanders anymore.

And I was one that said that he should win the competition over Cade York.

Cause I just didn't think Cade York had it in them.

And, uh, you know, we've had questions in the past, a kicker with, with, uh, You know, when we brought Zerline in, there was questions and he had a great year.

So I'm going to root for Groupie to silence all the doubters and the questions.

But there's doubt right now.

There's a lot of concern.

Veteran Jet fan, as everyone watching on YouTube could see with this comment here, Groupie is kicker number six this year for the Jets.

And we haven't even played a regular season game yet.

And I agree with you on Muji.

But it's concerning.

And I hope that the Jets can figure it out, whether it be Badgley, Cardi, Tucker, Groupie, Sanders is still on the practice squad for some reason.

And what's interesting is the Colts worked Justin Tucker out last December, and they ultimately signed Groupie instead.

So this kicking carousel that the Jets find themselves in, I'd be lying if I said I wasn't at least a little concerned.

How could you not be? We're Jet fans.
