you know, okay, the new stuff is coming along and all the rest of it, but they're all a bit the same for me.

It's just like, you know, and I've heard that next year they're bringing them back down to sort of a Rally 2 level, so doing away with the Rally 1 car, which is ridiculously expensive, which means that, and from what I can gather from these rule changes, that you, you know, a big team, an ordinary team, like my old team, you could actually go and buy all the kit and bits, build yourself a car, and go and compete in the World Championship.

And the really sensible thing would be just to say, right, there's no kit.

Rally 2 is Rally 1 and off we go.

But I know that the FIA desperately want the pinnacle of rallying not to be Rally 2 and they want something more.

And so It's interesting times.

So if Saudi was running and he got to the end of the year, I'm not sure he would still commit to going.

I guess, I mean, equally though, you wanna drive these cars, don't you? You want to enjoy one last outing in, in the Rally1 car.

But he would have to balance that with, with, with whether he wanted to go to, to Saudi Arabia.

Uh, equally, like you say, Col, if you want to have a, a good shot at a championship next year, you need to be going everywhere.

I, I find watching rallies at the minute, s- it depends on which event.

Some of them are worse than others where Toyota have a clear advantage at the moment with Rally1.

It's still a good battle, I agree, because the drivers are close, and Colin's point is absolutely key for me as well, in that, that there are no team orders.
