Groundling

Well, did you know...

I mean, you ended up at the Groundlings at one point.

Were you funny as a child or just creative, or what, what brought you to eventually come to LA, or, or were you in LA?

No, I grew up in western Colorado.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And so how do you go from there to ending up at the Groundlings?

I then became, I dropped out of college.

With JB Smoove.

So JB and, and myself, and a fella named Jordan Black, um, who, who's at Groundling, we all got hired as writers.

Another guy, David Iserson, a few, like people have gone on to do all these other things.

And so I just got hired as a writer, but then I got asked to, you know, doing a, be in a couple monologues, and you sort of, you know, you, you hit there, you hit there, and-

Well, we're coming for the people who didn't pay attention to us earlier on.

Because sometimes in sketch comedy, what I've noticed from my visits to the Groundling, and also I watch you on some sketches.

There's one about radish board and you go, and I practice and I learn.

It's almost like...

Gorgeous people there, too.

Did you come

to Los Angeles and go straight to the Groundlings Theater?

You know what's funny? I did.
