And, uh, before we talk about Grotto and the founder story, I actually just wanna start with recent news.

We were just at, uh, Blueprint together in Las Vegas.

How was the show for you and the team?

We brought, um, a new team member who is a hire from industry.

He was a leasing consultant, and we felt like we really wanted that kind of blood and that expertise on our team.

He's gonna be helping out with, you know, uh, training up new, new, new partners, new users on Grotto, and sort of spreading the Grotto gospel.

And, um, it was an awesome, uh, kind of crash course in that for him.

Yeah, man, I'm excited to chat with you because you're building something really cool.

And so listeners, you know, we're just talking backstage saying, you know, Nathan is not our traditional interview here, right? He's building something new, not traditional background of hospitality, but getting into it now.

So Nathan, why don't you just tell me a little bit about your background, you know, and how we got to Grotto and then we'll start talking about that.

So, yeah, my background is actually in apartment and mixed-use development.
